Let nature in

Northern Lights cabins are characterized by a stylish, Scandinavian design and large window areas that provide maximum contact with the surroundings. The cabins are developed for Norwegian conditions – both in terms of climate, functionality and choice of materials.

We offer three model series, each with its own architectural identity and adaptation to different plot types.

Polar series

Projected central sections create a bright and airy living room with views in three directions. The angular extension at the front provides sheltered and sheltered outdoor spaces, adapted to changing weather and wind conditions. The series is particularly well suited for view plots where the location should be fully utilized.

The Frøya series

The Frøya series is a new model series from Nordlyshytter with a stylish and functional expression and large window surfaces that let light and nature into the cabin. The series is especially adapted to narrow view plots where the focus is on views, lighting and contact with the surroundings. The Frøya models have open ceilings in the living room and flexible floor plans that create airy and social spaces, while the cabins can function well for several usage situations and family sizes.

The Lofoten series

The narrow building body follows the landscape and opens the living room and kitchen to nature. Generous front windows provide plenty of light and a clear orientation to the outside. The series is particularly suitable for elongated plots, where the architecture can play on the natural lines of the plot.
