We have developed 30 new plots on the south side of Ølsjølitoppen West. These plots vary in size from 900 to 1600 m², and are located in terrain that extends from the ski slope area to the top of the hill with wide views.
The plots are now ready for sale, with adapted infrastructure and ready-to-build status. You can choose between different locations and heights – whether you prefer proximity to the ski slopes or a more sheltered location with a view.
All plots border or are located close to areas classified as protected nature, including Langsua National Park and nearby nature reserves, ensuring that the views and natural character of the field will be preserved well into the future.
The ski trail passes to the south, as shown on the map. The entire area from west to northeast of the field borders protected areas, including Langsua National Park and two nature reserves. You can be sure that the view and surrounding nature will remain untouched for a long time to come.
